Supplier attendance
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors.
Non contracted suppliers
Suppliers who do not have current contracts with PURCO SA may apply to exhibit. Your application will be considered by the PURCO SA Committee. A 10% additional fee will be levied.
Late bookings and changes
Bookings made after 31 August will incur a 10% late booking penalty.
All changes will be subject to a R125.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event
Payment is due within 30 days. Immediate payment is required for bookings made after 30 September. All bookings will be provisional until payment is received. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable.
Cancellation of exhibition stands and staff bookings
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:
- 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
- 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
- Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
Additional Staff
Each package includes a limited number of 'free' staff attendees at no cost.
Exhibitors may supplement their free staff with additional representatives.
NB: Both 'free' and additional staff must register in order to attend.
