The three hotels are all within walking distance. However a complimentary shuttle service will be available in the mornings before the conference and at the end of each day. Guests going to the dinners will be returned to their hotels.

- 29 October JPPF Aquarium Dinner: Buses leave from the Conference Centre Main Entrance at 16:00 and will return guests to their hotels after the dinner.
- 30 October Barnyard Theatre dinner: Buses leave from the Conference Centre Main Entrance between 17:30 and 18:00 and will return guests to their hotels after the dinner.
