The three hotels are all within walking distance of the Conference Centre. The furthest hotel is the StayEasy, which is an easy 6 minute walk. Guests going to the dinners will be returned to their hotels at the end of each evening.

Wifi

WiFi will be available for the delegates throughout the exhibition/conference. 500MB is available per delegate per day.

The password for the WiFi is "PURCO"

Delegates should not experience any delays or problems connecting to the WiFi, please ask a manager on the floor to assist if necessary.

Dress code and dinner theme

Dress is business casual, although some delegates may choose to dress more formally.

The member-only JPPF is casual, although a windbreaker is recommended and if the weather is cool then warm clothing. There is a pre-dinner boat excursion - if you suffer from motion sickness bring anti-nausea medication..

The 30 October dinner will be held at the Barnyard Theatre. Dress casually.

We're celebrating the Rugby World Cup at the Gala Dinner and dress is chic, elegant and bold. It's Dress-Up time and you are not allowed to be boring. We already know you love our Springboks so be different and WOW your colleagues in the colours of your alternative favourite team, wear the flag of the country that most captured your imagination, celebrate an underdog, but whatever you do Be Brave, Be Bold, and don't just settle for Green and Gold.

Parking

There is parking in the Conference centre. All delegates will be able to swop their parking tickets for a paid ticket at Registration.

Name badges

Do not lose or forget you badge as they are not replaceable. Unfortunately this rule was established because In the past delegates abused the access system by claiming lost badges when they actually gave their badge to someone else.

You may share your badge but only one person will be allowed into the venue at any time. Alternatively let the organisers know before the event and we will print an extra badge for your colleague - then you can swop it at Registration when your colleague arrives.

Food

The event will provide strict halaal, vegetarian, kosher and hindu meals for lunches and dinners if requested when you registered. The Conference Centre is certified as strictly halaal. For other dinner venues special arrangements have been made. You will receive wristbands at registration for each dinner indicating your dietary request. The Century City Hotel and the StayEasy Hotel are halaal-friendly.

Payment

Delegates and exhibitors will not be allowed into the venue if there are outstanding payments.

Other

Unfortunately not. Access control is strictly managed and all delegates and exhibitors must be registered and have a name badge to get access to the conference and exhibition.
