EME Stand Package

Very important: EME stands are restricted to businesses with less than R10mill pa turnover.  Applications to book EME stands are subject to approval by the Conference Committee. A 10% fee will be added to your invoice for suppliers that do not have a current contract with PURCO SA or their higher education member institutions.
Important: Non contracted suppliers are not automatically accepted as exhibitors. Your application will be considered by PURCO SA and you will be advised if successful.

Terms and conditions
Supplier attendance
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors.
Non contracted suppliers
Suppliers who don’t have current contracts with PURCO SA may apply to exhibit. You will be advised if your application is successful. A 10% additional fee is levied.
Late bookings and changes
Bookings made after 31 August will incur a 10% late booking penalty. Changes made after 31 August will be subject to a R125.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event
Payment is due within 30 days but no later than 30 September. All bookings will be provisional until payment is received. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable. Immediate payment is required for bookings after 30 September. A 10% penalty applies to late payments/bookings.
Cancellation of exhibition stand and staff bookings
Replacements are allowed at any time. Replacements and cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:
  • 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
  • 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
  • Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
