Sa-at is an Enterprise Supplier Development Specialist focusing on the development of SME's (start-ups, growth and exits). He has experience across various sectors and industries through his consulting and banking background, as well as a sound understanding of the broader funding landscape dealing with all the major commercial banks, boutique funders, corporate funders and government funding agencies.
Sa-at is a solution driven individual and creative thinker who is able think “out of the box”. His specialties include Enterprise Development, Supplier Development, Business Linkages and Access to Funding.
Kulea Consulting is specialist Enterprise Supplier Development consultancy. The business was born out of an USAID funded Business Linkages Program called SAIBL which provided key global insights into business development methodology. Their methodology is aligned to their vision of developing entrepreneurship and growing the SME Sector. They do not view SME’s as a homogeneous group and believe that their development should be based on where they are at in their entrepreneurial life cycle.
Since 2012 Kulea has been assisting both the Private and Public Sector in achieving their BBBEE Targets around Enterprise Supplier Development. Their core services include Bespoke Enterprise Supplier Development program design and management; Business Incubation program design and management; Independent business assessments and valuation; Trade facilitation; Access to funding.
