Robin joined UCT in 2015 with a wealth of senior executive experience in strategic planning, project management, SCM and payment services.
Prior to joining UCT he provided strategic regional planning support to the Supply Chain Management function at Tullow Oil, South Africa's leading independent oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in 80 exploration and production licences across 15 countries. Before that he spent ten years at BPSA, where he established and managed the P2P process across BPSA’s Retail and Manufacturing functions, and introduced new technology to the company to remove inefficiencies, leverage scale, improve compliance and enhance supplier relationships.
Robin is a highly proficient Senior Project Management Professional with extensive experience in Project management; Strategy planning & business alignment; Quality and change management; Process design & redesign; Risk management; Capacity planning & building; Enterprise performance management; Supply chain management; Budgeting, spend analysis & expenditure control; Resource management; Compliance & KPI management; Team building and management development.
