Presentation:
Blending tech with the human touch for winning travel management
In the world of travel management, there’s no such thing as travel technology vs the Travel Management Company (TMC). Rather, there’s symbiotic synergy. Travel technology empowers the TMC to deliver the personalised human touch that corporate travellers need, but when travel get complicated, as it tends to do, the TMC brings problem-solving skills to save the day. Association of Southern African Travel Agents CEO Otto de Vries will share why one cannot exist without the other. In his view, this marriage between travel tech and TMC is the perfect example of ubuntu in travel management.
