Marius Rezelman has 30 years of consulting experience in South Africa which he gained at leading international consultancy Gemini Consulting, as managing director of PSP Icon, a Cape Town-based consultancy and since 2017, as founder of Tribe Consulting.
He consults across a wide range of industries and most recently gained significant experience in the higher education sector where projects have been conducted in nearly all the universities within South Africa.
In 2014 he was appointed by Cabinet to the Board of the South African National Space Agency (SANSA) where he initially chaired the Audit and Risk Subcommittee and later the Strategy and Investment Subcommittee.
Tribe Consulting is his answer to address the critical skills shortage he has witnessed in South African companies/institutions at middle and senior management levels. His client base reaches in to both the private and public sectors. He is sought after as a strategic facilitator and has project managed some of the largest and complex transformations and mergers over the last two decades.
At PSP Icon he founded the highly successful Higher Education practice that was instrumental in the 12 of the 16 merger processes that South African universities underwent in the early 2000s.
