When he is not representing the interests of Food Truck operators, Cullum is an Account Director at Imbongi Communications and an avid food trucker. He is part of the second half of the duo behind Food Glorious Food, and a firm believer that “food truck”and “junk food” do not have to go hand in hand. They believe that people are more focused on healthy eating than ever before and go the extra mile to make sure that every dish is made with the best available ingredients and that the "end product is, well, glorious!’’
